Terms and Conditions: At Kori Design House, we want our clients to have a seamless and enjoyable experience throughout the entire design and construction process. To ensure clarity and transparency, we have put together a set of detailed terms and conditions that outline our policies, procedures, and expectations for our services. We encourage all of our clients to review and understand these terms and conditions before engaging in our services, and our team is always available to answer any questions or concerns. Our goal is to deliver exceptional service and beautiful outdoor spaces that exceed our client’s expectations, while also maintaining a fair and professional business relationship.

1. Scope of Services: Kori Design House provides landscape design, installation, and maintenance services to its clients. The scope of services will be determined by the signed proposal and contract between Kori Design House and the client
2. Fees: The client agrees to pay the fees as outlined in the signed proposal and contract. All fees are non-refundable.
3. Payment Schedule: Payment is due in full upon completion of the project, unless otherwise specified in the signed proposal and contract. A deposit may be required prior to the commencement of any work.
4. Changes to Services: Any changes to the scope of services must be approved by both parties in writing. Additional fees may apply.
5. Access to Property: The client must provide Kori Design House with access to the property during scheduled work hours. If access cannot be provided, additional fees may apply.
6. Client Responsibilities: The client is responsible for obtaining any necessary permits, approvals, or authorizations required for the work to be completed. The client is also responsible for ensuring that the property is safe and free of any hazards.
7. Warranty: Kori Design House provides a one-year warranty on all plants and hardscape materials used in the project. This warranty does not cover damage caused by acts of nature, negligence, or misuse.
8. Limitation of Liability: Kori Design House is not liable for any damages, including but not limited to, property damage or personal injury, arising from the services provided. The client assumes all risks associated with the services.
9. Termination: Either party may terminate the contract at any time for any reason by providing written notice to the other party. In the event of termination, the client agrees to pay for all services rendered up to the date of termination.
10. Governing Law: This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Maharashtra.
11. Entire Agreement: This agreement represents the entire understanding between Kori Design House and the client and supersedes all prior negotiations, understandings, and agreements between the parties.
